Lamar Rent Car provides car rental services in Morocco with airport and city delivery. These Terms & Conditions explain the main rental rules so every customer can understand the booking process before confirmation.
1. Booking and confirmation
A WhatsApp message submitted on the website is considered a request only until Lamar Rent Car confirms the vehicle, dates, delivery place, return place and final price by direct contact. The reservation becomes active only after final confirmation from Lamar Rent Car.
2. Driver requirements
The main driver must provide valid identification and a valid driving licence accepted for car rental in Morocco. If an international visitor is renting a vehicle, Lamar Rent Car may request a passport, national driving licence and, when needed, an international driving permit.
3. Pick-up and return
Vehicles can be delivered in supported Moroccan cities and airports according to availability. The customer must return the vehicle at the confirmed date, time and location. Late return, different return location or special delivery may require an additional fee if it was not confirmed in advance.
4. Prices, deposit and payment
Rental prices are confirmed before the reservation is finalized. Any security deposit, delivery cost, extra driver cost or special service cost must be agreed before pick-up. Lamar Rent Car aims to keep pricing clear and simple with no hidden surprises.
5. Vehicle condition and customer responsibility
The customer receives the vehicle in the condition confirmed at pick-up and must return it in the same general condition, except for normal use. The customer is responsible for traffic fines, parking tickets, fuel difference, key loss, misuse, damage caused by negligence and any unapproved use of the vehicle.
6. Insurance and restrictions
Insurance conditions may depend on the selected vehicle and rental agreement. The customer must not use the vehicle for racing, illegal transport, off-road driving unless approved, sub-rental or any activity that violates Moroccan law or the agreed rental conditions.
7. Cancellation and changes
If the customer wants to cancel or change a booking, Lamar Rent Car should be contacted as early as possible by WhatsApp. Changes are subject to vehicle availability, delivery schedule and price confirmation.
